Booking Policies
The short version: your deposit saves your spot, and I'll always take care of you if plans change with enough notice.
Deposits
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book. It goes toward your service total — the remaining balance is paid at your appointment (cash, card, or Zelle).
Rescheduling
Life happens! You can reschedule for free with at least 24 hours notice using the link in your confirmation email. Your deposit carries over to the new time.
Cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows forfeit the deposit. This protects the appointment time reserved just for you.
Running late
There's a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes the appointment may need to be cancelled and the deposit is forfeited, so the next client isn't kept waiting.
Before your appointment
Please arrive with bare nails, or add soak-off removal when booking so enough time is reserved. The studio address is shared in your confirmation email.
Health & safety
For everyone's safety, please don't book if you have a nail infection, fungus, or an open wound on the nail or surrounding skin. Let me know beforehand if you have any allergies or sensitivities.
